[3dem] Postdoctoral position

Hi,
The Khayat group is seeking to to hire a postdoctoral fellow for performing cryo-electron microscopy studies. We work on a number of projects that include host-pathogen interaction, membrane proteins, and macromolecular machines. Candidates should exhibit competency in cryo-EM via publications in peer-reviewed journals.
 The group has access to a JEOL 2100 and Zeiss EM902 for grid preparation and screening, and to the resources at the New York Structural Biology Center (NYSBC) that include a Titan Krios with a Falcon 3, a JEOL 3200FSC with a DE20, a Tecnai F20, a JEOL 2100F with a K2 Summit, a JEOL 1230 and a FEI Helios 650. NYSBC is located within a short walking distance from the laboratory.
 Candidates must have a Ph.D., be highly motivated, exhibit independence, and have experience with cryo-EM.
