[3dem] map and pdb are off aligned in coot.

Dear Zhongjun,
You can try this to fix your problem: simply copy your .mrc file into .ccp4 file, open the .ccp4 map and your pdb in Chimera, re-fit the pdb into the map, and save the pdb relative to the map. Then the .ccp4 map and the pdb should be well aligned in Coot.

Hi, everyone:
I meet a very strange problem that my pdb file and mrc file are well aligned in Chimera, but off aligned in Coot.   This is very strange to me, because two month ago, it did not have this problem. Now I cannot fix it. Could you please give me some idea? Thanks.
