[3dem] map and pdb are off aligned in coot.

Hi, everyone:

I meet a very strange problem that my pdb file and mrc file are well
aligned in Chimera, but off aligned in Coot.   This is very strange to me,
because two month ago, it did not have this problem. Now I cannot fix it.
Could you please give me some idea? Thanks.
