[3dem] Biological TEM Standards

Hi,

	Someone may have already mentioned this, but catalase is another great 
biological TEM standard.  It's commercially available, can be 
recrystallized into TEM-thin platelets and is a great teaching tool for 
electron diffraction, low dose, cryoTEM, etc.
