[3dem] Results of the BioMedBridges shape-matching survey

Dear all

 

A few months back STFC and PDBe carried out a survey on shape/volume fitting
in structural biology as a part of the BioMedBridges project
(http://www.biomedbridges.eu/workpackages/wp9). We had over 40 responses and
we thank all those who took the time to  fill out the survey
(http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BioMedBridgesShapeMatchingSurvey). A summary
of the results of the survey has been posted on the BioMedBridges website
(http://www.biomedbridges.eu/biomedbridges-wp9-shape-matching-survey). The
results are being used as input to the development of a new service to
analyse and compare structural volume data.
