[3dem] Custom Cut Vitrobot Blotting Paper

We use a 'compass cutter' from an art supply store. e.g.: https://www.currys.com/catalogpc.htm?CATEGORY=A241B003050

Others have manufactured their own punch, which is probably a better solution (but we haven't gotten around to building one).
