[3dem] IEEE Signal Processing Cup (Resolution enhancement)

Dear all,

I would like to announce the IEEE Signal Processing Cup. This is a novel 
competition of the IEEE to solve different signal processing problems. 
This first year the selected task has been to enhance the resolution of 
volumes reconstructed in 3DEM. You'll find the details at

There are 8,000$ divided in 3 prizes for the best algorithms. The 
deadline to register the participating teams is Dec. 20th, and the 
enhanced volumes can be submitted till Feb. 28th.
