A quick followup to Mariena,
Bill Graham recently serviced our HPM-010. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with. He's extremely knowledgable about all the HPF's out there so if anyone can service your HPF it is him.

Ours are serviced by Technotrade International, a company out of Vermont, makers of Wohlwend HPFs and our Bal-Tec is served a third party from RMC, a guy called Bill Graham. You could can in touch with Bill Graham at bill at bibst.com or contact ABra fluid, for info on who serves HPFs in Canada. My guess is that it would be best if there was a company in Canada that serviced those machines, as CBP is very strict on service people entering Canada with tools (or so I've been told by more than one service engineer from FEI). The contact person at ABra Fluid is Markus: m.frei at abra-fluid.ch
