[3dem] CCD retracted when emptying buffer tank

Hi Jian,

Titan 1.2 and Tecnai 4.x share the same codebase, so I would expect to also see this on Titan. Our Krios runs 1.2.2, the Polara runs 4.4 (beta), the F30 runs 4.2 but it has an Eagle which is non-retractable. I checked things here: on the Krios and Polara, the retractable cameras are not retracted on buffer cycle. Both SerialEM and FEI tomography automatically insert the CCD when the camera is retracted and an acquisition is started.

I guess the quickest option is to ask Shawn to add the insert command to the acquisition in UCSF tomo.
