[3dem] Double labeling one protein

Dear members of the list,

I have a question that I hope someone can help me with.
I was planning to labeled the C-terminal and the N-terminal of a protein,
both would be labeled with different primary antibodies.
Do you think is possible to use primary+secondary (coupled to gold)
antibodies?
