Dear all, I am working with IMOD etomo to do reconstruction, but my sample didn't contain any gold particles. Could I skip the step of "Fiducial Model Gen." and continue the next step and how to do in next step? I am look for your suggestions and would be appreciated of you. -- Regards! C.J.
