Would you please add a note to the EMAN2 download page about the difference
between the linux versions; without some additional details, it's not
really clear why I would choose one of these over the other:

eman-linux-x86-2.03.tar.bz2
eman-linux-x86-gcc4-2.03.tar.bz2
