Hi,

You can use the Situs map2map tool for converting MRC/SPIDER/CCP4 etc 
files, or an external conversion tool such as ImageScience em2em. For 
more general advice on usage of Situs tools see the online tutorials and 
the user guide Sacha pointed out.

BTW, any Situs questions can be sent to situs at biomachina.org, I will
