Hi,

VEDA (http://mem.ibs.fr/VEDA) is also a good program to do (flexible)
EM fitting, calculations are performed in reciprocal-space and the
symmetry of the reconstruction is taken into account.
The computations are fast and big EM reconstruction can be used.
There is a clear user guide on the web site and two movies which show
the program working.

Cheers,

Gael
