[3dem] remediated map files for EMDB entries

Dear 3DEM List Members,

The EmDataBank.org team is nearing completion of a major project to improve uniformity, viewability and useability of map volumes in the EMDB that are currently available for download. Parameters in the CCP4 format map headers have been updated to reflect depositor-provided voxel sizes, maps have been repositioned to superimpose over corresponding fitted PDB models, and map density statistical values stored in map headers (min, max, avg, rmsd) have been updated/corrected. In a few cases map hand has been corrected or protein density was made positive. The updated maps are currently accessible via beta ftp and emsearch services: ftp://emdb-beta.emdatabank.org and http://emsearch-beta.emdatabank.org. Atlas pages reached through emsearch-beta hold updated map information, updated EMViewer and AstexViewer java viewing scripts, and download links.
