[3dem] converting large date set using em2em

Dear all,

I have been trying to convert a large data set (> 6G) of boxed particle
images from IMAGIC stack file to MRC stack file using IMAGIC em2em, but
always get an invalid MRC output file. The program works just fine for small
data set. Does anyone knows how to fix the problem or have other way to
convert the large data set from IMAGIC stack to MRC stack?

Thanks a lot! Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
