Hi,

I'm trying to revive a Vitrobot Mk3 that has been in hibernation for
the last 18 months or more and that has been relocated to a new setting.
I have it set up, all the moving parts seem to be in order and moving
properly, the temperature controller is working, the humidity sensor is
working (at least giving reasonable readings), the blotter "wheels" are
turning, etc.

However, when I set a humidity value and turn the humidifier on, the
humidifier turns itself off and I receive an immediate "HUMIDIFIER
STOPPED. FILL HUMIDIFIER BUFFER." message. This happens regardless of
what I do - I have filled the chamber multiple times, over-filled the
chamber, etc. I always do the "under-pressure" step after filling the
humidifier. And I always get this error and no humidity control. Last
week I had a steady drip out of the chamber, but that seems to have gone
away this week.

On top of the humidifier not staying on, I also see a slow rise in
humidity if the machine is left on - today's ambient humidity is about
60% and the Mk3 is sitting at about 87% after turning it on about an
hour ago.

Has anyone seen this sort of behavior before, and if so, what can I do
to correct it?
