[3dem] using nad_eed

Lea,

Unless I'm mistaken the program you are trying to run is part of the 
IMOD suite written by the people in Boulder Colorado (bio3d.colorado.edu). 
Your command looks fine to me, so assuming that you ran it from the 
correct folder (ie tomo.rec is on your Desktop, in this example), and 
that tomo.rec is in MRC format, then I'm not too sure where the command 
has gone wrong.  I would suggest that you join the IMOD users list 
(http://bio3d.colorado.edu/imod/joinlist.html) and email the same 
question to them.  There will be more users there to help you with this 
specific program, and someone will be able to help you set up the 
parallel processing, as this is more complicated.
