[3dem] using nad_eed

Dear Lea,

I usually denoise my tomograms with Tomoand which uses an improved version of 
nonlinear anisotropic diffusion in 3d and is well documented. It's written by 
Jose Fernandez and Sam Li and available at  
http://www.ual.es/~jjfdez/SW/tomoand.html.
