[3dem] Vitrobot - plunging mechanism

Dear all,
We use Vitrobot (first commercial FEI version) and
have serious problems 
with the blotting mechanism unit: blotting is not
completed and the filter papers do not rotate.
Have any of you share the same problems, or solved
this problem?
