Hi Alex,

map2map works - just use option 9 to convert to the "new" mrc format, 
which is equivalent to ccp4.

Alternatively, convert to xplor using map2map (option 7), then mapman to 
convert to ccp4.

You might have to adjust your image header information afterwards using 
e.g. imedit.exe to avoid an origin shift when displaying in header-aware 
apps like O or coot. Some EM software also require even-numbered pixel 
dimensions, so you'd have to crop your box by a line (e.g. in imagic, 
label.exe or bimg)
