System Administrator/Research Programmer

Position Summary: The National Resource for Automated Molecular 
Microscopy (NRAMM) at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI) is 
seeking an individual to maintain and support systems, interact with 
other computing centers, maintain backup and archiving systems as 
well as some software development. NRAMM focuses on the development 
of automated methods of electron microscopy aimed at solving 
macromolecular structures. The computing infrastructure is a critical 
component of NRAMM.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2-3 years 
of Linux system administration. Familiarity with scripting languages 
such as Python or PHP is desired. Web development, programming, and 
SQL experience preferred.

Salary commensurate with experience
