EM Fields and Vibration Compensation Experiences

Happy New Year to All,
    We are hoping to get some feedback on the experience the 3DEM 
community has regarding vibration and EM field compensation systems.  
What types of systems are you using (active or passive)?  Are they 100 
percent effective and at what frequencies?  Do they need constant 
retuning and resetting?  Is it easy to do the retuning or do you need a 
service contract to keep them operating properly?  Thanks for your
