[3DEM] Ni-NTA nanogold and liposomes

Dear Members
Does anyone as some experience with the use of the Ni-NTA nanogold probe to 
label Hits-tag membrane protein embedded in liposomes but not in 2D 
crystals (unspecific binding, aggregation) for further analysis by cryo-EM?
