Can anyone give me some advice on glow discharging in the presence of amyl amine? I'd like to modify my carbon films as described by Dubochet in 1971. Specifically what modifications are needed for standard glow discharge apparatus (we have an Emitech K100X) and are there any safety issues. Thanks Clair clair.baldock at manchester.ac.uk
