convert tld to other format

Dear Dr. Tang,

tld format of micrograph, obtained from Zeiss scanner,
can be transfered to pif format, firstly, by using
tld2pif program. Averaging pixel option is provided in
this program, such you want to bin the pixel by 3x3,
it is

tld2pif input_file.tld output_file.pif -pixavg 3

Once you get the pif format file, em2em can help you
to transfer pif format file to many other format, such
SPIDER, IMAG, MRC, TIF, RAW DATA......
em2em software is free, you can download it over
internet.
