[3dem] CryoSPARC v5.0 stable release

Dear 3DEM Community,

We are pleased to announce the stable release of CryoSPARC v5, available
today as v5.0.6. Thank you to all those who helped test and provided
feedback during the public beta.

This release introduces a redesigned software system alongside a wide range
of new features, and quality-of-life updates for cryo-EM data processing.
