Hello everyone,
NanoImaging Services is looking for a talented CryoEM Lab Facilities and Equipment Manager to join our San Diego team, and we'd love your help spreading the word.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines deep technical expertise in cryo-EM/TEM instrumentation with a genuine passion for keeping complex lab operations running at their best. The role sits at the intersection of science, operations, and leadership, with real ownership over microscope uptime, EHS programs, GLP/GMP compliance, vendor relationships, and team development across our San Diego and Woburn facilities.
We are looking for candidates with a PhD (3+ years experience) or BS/MS (5+ years experience) in a life science or related field, plus at least 3 years of hands-on TEM experience. Strong communicators and natural problem-solvers will thrive here.
Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000/year, full-time, in-person in San Diego.
If this sounds like someone you know, please pass this along. And if it sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you directly.
