We are looking to recruit an expert structural biologist to join the EMDB and OneDep biocuration team at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI, Cambridge, UK). As a data curator at EBI, you will curate prepublication 3DEM and PDB data to prepare it for release to peer review and then later the public database. You will join the international effort of the wwPDB and its partners (EMDB, PDBe, RCSB, PDBj, PDBc, BMRB) to make biological macromolecular data openly available. 

Your expert experimental and data grounded domain knowledge, particularly in cryoEM/ET, will have an immediate positive impact. You will extract relevant biological and experimental information from submissions but with the team also develop best practice in archiving processes. There is opportunity to contribute to our own technology development and training programmes to deliver our essential services at scale to the structural biology community.
