[3dem] Cryo-ET Workshop at Brookhaven National Laboratory (October 7–9, 2026)

Dear LBMS current and prospective users and previous cryo-EM workshop 
participants,

We are pleased to announce an in-person LBMS workshop (2026-2) on 
*Cryo-ET Sample Preparation, Data Collection, and Data Analysis*, taking 
place October 7–9, 2026, at Brookhaven National Laboratory.

This workshop will focus on practical aspects of cryo-ET, including:

·Sample preparation using plunge freezing, high-pressure freezing, and 
cryo-FIB milling

·Data collection using a Titan Krios

·Data analysis using LBMS GPU computing resources and modern cryo-ET 
software

To maximize interaction and provide a meaningful hands-on experience, 
participation will be limited to 15 attendees.
