We are delighted to announce "Technical Innovations Using SerialEM: A Community Meeting", a specialized conference in hybrid format that David Mastronarde and I are organizing for April 27-30, 2026, in a conference location in the scenic Vienna Woods, Austria.

The goal of this meeting is to discuss advanced workflows in SerialEM, showcase innovative solutions built on top of SerialEM, and foster meaningful connections within our community. We welcome students, postdoctoral researchers, technical staff, scientists, and group leaders from academia and industry across all scientific disciplines.

The event will be held in hybrid format, with scientific sessions scheduled to accommodate both European time zones as well as the time zones of the Americas.
