I am delighted to invite you to attend our upcoming workshop “Best Practices in Cryo-EM”, to be held on 17–18 March 2026 at Human Technopole in Milan, Italy. The workshop is co-organised by Instruct-ERIC, Thermofisher, Human Technopole, and the EC-funded project IMAGINE.   *   The workshop is aimed specifically at scientists, facility managers, and computing staff involved in high-end cryo-EM operations and provides a platform to exchange practical insights and workflow innovations.

  *   The programme features invited presentations, round-table discussions, a live demo of the Arctis from the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry and a tour of the Human Technopole facilities.

  *   Key themes include the EU-funded IMAGINE project, emerging technologies and workflows in TEM & dual-beam techniques, and best practices in facility management.
