Hi,
We had the same issue a while back, and called service. Over the phone they diagnosed that it was a communication board issue within the glocube (just as you also suspect), and we had to send in the unit for repair (board replacement). Tool a couple of weeks if I remember correctly.
Best,
Moritz

Subject: [3dem] GloQube+ Vacuum Pump Issue
Hi All,
We are experiencing an issue with our GloQube+ system. Specifically, the vacuum pump - which receives power from the GloQube - is not starting during the discharge cycle. However, when we supply power directly to the pump, it starts. The problem may lie within the GloQube unit itself.
If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has suggestions for troubleshooting, your input would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
