[3dem] Napari GUI in RELION tomo is blank

Hello 3dem,

We’re having trouble with getting the relion5 tomography pipeline working. When we launch an Exclude Tilt Images job, the napari window opens, but is blank. Run.out has the following output:

/opt/miniconda3/envs/relion-5.0/lib/python3.10/site-packages/tomography_python_programs/_qt/components/tilt_series_browser.py:157: DeprecationWarning: Argument 'interpolation' is deprecated, please use 'interpolation2d' instead. /opt/miniconda3/envs/relion-5.0/lib/python3.10/site-packages/napari/layers/image/image.py:389: DeprecationWarning: 'bicubic' is deprecated. Please use 'cubic' instead!

If I activate the relion conda environment and run the napari command manually, the window opens and appears to be functional, however if I try to open an image from the file menu, I get a lengthy traceback that ends with this:

NoAvailableReaderError: No plugin found capable of reading /working/micah/Relion-5.0/MotionCorr/job002/frames/TS_01_001_3_0.mrc.
