The NIH (through the NIGMS) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) about the P30 funded Mature Synchrotron Resources (MSR) Program.  The NIGMS MSR program funds a number of synchrotron-based structural biology resources. Details on the MSR program and existing resources can be found at:

The goal of the RFI is to solicit input from input from resource users, staff and the greater scientific community to assist in the evaluation of the current MSR program, as well as provide input to inform future decisions about the structure and operations of the program. The information requested includes evaluations of the strengths and challenges for the current program, how the program might be improved and comments on anticipated future needs/technologies.
