My team at the IGBMC, near Strasbourg, France, offers a Ph.D. student position to characterize different microtubule populations using genetic/pharmaceutical perturbations followed by in situ cryo-ET and subtomogram averaging.

The student will have access to the Integrated Structural Biology platform at IGBMC (2 Titan Krios, 1 Glacios, 1 cryo-FIB/SEM, and a cryo-light microscope) allowing them to perform all experiments on-site.
