Postdoc positions at Helmholtz Munich: Cryo-EM and integrative structural biology to study small molecule control of alternative splicing
The ERC Synergy/UKRI project UNLEASH studies mechanisms and small molecule modulation of alternative pre-mRNA splicing in human cells.
Postdoc positions are available in the Sattler group at Helmholtz Munich to study (early) spliceosome complexes and small molecule interactions combining cryo-EM and integrative structural biology.
Access to outstanding cryo-EM, computational infrastructure,

Candidates should have excellent protein and RNA biochemistry expertise, including experience with eukaryotic cell culture, in vitro transcription and reconstitution or cellular purification of protein-RNA complexes for biochemical and structural studies. Demonstrated expertise with cryo-EM single-particle analysis is important.
