Hello
We were wondering if it might be possible to use a combination of a Technai Arctica and a FalconIII for solving high resolution structures of relatively small (150-200 kDa) complexes. Given that FalconIII's performance in integration mode is good enough to get beta galactosidase to 2.4 Å (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0304399118302699?via*3Dihub__;JQ!!Mih3wA!ApMYrPyj60NyIQt4ii0zhqa1a0BQ47uaYiiAEmzEvbq6sTXAe2NQSs-8601cEx13fu5E4dpG2CmR93G3C3HlmHM$ <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0304399118302699?via*3Dihub__;JQ!!Mih3wA!ApMYrPyj60NyIQt4ii0zhqa1a0BQ47uaYiiAEmzEvbq6sTXAe2NQSs-8601cEx13fu5E4dpG2CmR93G3C3HlmHM$ >), I was wondering if anyone has used FalconIII in integration mode for small complexes. Any suggestions will really help us out.
Thanks,
Indrajit
