[3dem] contamination from UltrAuFoil?

Dear colleagues,

The protein we work with behaves very well with UltrAuFoil but we are 
getting some particles of around 1-2nm all over the grids, some grids 
with more, some grids with less. We did not see the same particles with 
classic quantifoils (but the protein aggregates around the edges of the 
holes). Could the particles be Au debris from the UltrAuFoil?

Have any of you had the same problem? Any solution?
