Re:[3dem] Cryo FIB-SEMs, not Aquilos
Hi Melissa,
If you think the electron beam of Aquilos is not good enough for IB-SEM
volumetric reconstruction of resin embedded samples, maybe you could go to
some better SEM/FIB (helios for example) together with third-party transfer
assistance like Quorum transfer system?
