[3dem] Ron Milligan; 9 May 1954 - 16 April 2026

Dear Bridget and Clint,

This is very sad news about Ron. A true friend and colleague for so many
years. He will certainly be missed by all of us in the 3DEM community.
It's hard to believe that within the past year three of our 3DEM pioneers
have passed away: Ueli, Andreas and now Ron.
I don't really know Chris Russo that well but I assume he will want to at
least mention this when he opens the 3DEM GRC in June.
If Chris would like a copy of the picture from the first 3DEM GRC in 1985 I
will be pleased to share that with him.
I will write to you separately about another interesting EM anniversary
being celebrated this year.
