[3dem] SmartScope v0.9.4 released

Hi 3DEM,

**Please come and talk to the team at M&M2025 July 27-31 where we will
present what's coming to v1.0 of SmartScope!**

SmartScope v0.9.4 is now released with many new additions for better
screening and faster data collection set up. SmartScope greatly enhances
your single-particle screening and speeds up the data collection process.
All of the interactions are done via a simple web interface.

Here are the main new features:

   - Full support for Cryo-ARM microscopes
   - Added our own medium mag hole finder to find hole even in crowded
   environment
   - Fixed tilted data acquisition
   - Created new protocol files using the new medium mag hole finder
   - Atlas-only mode when running the session
   - Ability to specify exactly how many images should be collected before
   switching to the next grid
   - Many quality of life changes in the web UI

SmartScope has recently migrated to a new github organisation where you
