Dear 3DEM community,
We are seeking a postdoctoral fellow to join the Cryo-EM Core Facility at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS/NIH). The successful candidate will work on projects involving the structural characterization of macromolecular complexes in situ using single particle cryo-EM, cryo-electron tomography, and cryo-FIB/SEM.
This is a fully funded position through the NIH Intramural Research Program, based in Research Triangle Park, NC, with access to:

  *
Titan Krios G4, Talos Arctica, and Aquilos cryo-FIB/SEM
  *
Extensive computational resources (on-prem and cloud)
  *
Collaborative networks across NIH, Duke, UNC, and others
  *
Supporting cores for expression, MS, NMR, crystallography, and molecular dynamics

We welcome applicants with a Ph.D. in structural biology, biophysics, or a related field, ideally with <2 years of postdoctoral experience. Strong computational skills are highly desirable.
