[3dem] Vitrobot Mark IV+ v3.12 Temperature Control Failure

Dear Cryo-EM community,

I am writing to inquire if any sites using the Vitrobot Mark IV+ v3.12 have encountered a similar issue.

Upon turning on the Vitrobot, we have observed that the temperature remains stuck at around 19.5°C and does not cool down to 4°C as intended. This is the second time we have faced this issue in the past two months. In our previous experience, the temperature control suddenly resumed normal operation a week later.
