Hi Len,

This is usually due to a faulty fan in the dehumidifier they break. You can find a replacement on Amazon, and it should work fine. The fan is hidden behind an aluminum block glued to the machine. A little bit of heat helps to release it.

Hello All,

We are having a problem with our Leica GP2 cryo plunger.  It is failing to reach or maintain the set humidity.  Any ideas as to what to look at would be greatly appreciated before having Leica come out.
