Hi Len,

it may be airflow  problem. Check that and side chamber ( top of back wall) and outside (on the top) do spin.

You can also use a en external humidifier with long silicon tube to direct water mystery into the chamber via on of the sample loading ports. We use Honeywell HH210E<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.kika.at/honeywell-kaltluftbefeuchter-hh210e-23923396.html__;!!Mih3wA!AAbnLuJxYznYEczzGG0BVb5eKUK_LDmUP573exVJubfnNFWy8Xi6W0BUL8SZZc98VeQrJjF4DGr6oYJtvLHAaPMvyNvlJbN1oA$ > as it has a convent opening where we can place 3D printed adapter to attached the tube.

No humidity control, but we want humidity close to saturation anyway. Sticking the tube in for sample loading and removing it before the plunging works well.
