[3dem] tenure-track group leader positions in Umeå, Sweden

Dear all,

There are several openings for tenure-track group leader positions at Umeå University, Sweden. The positions are broadly within the field of “molecular medicine” and come with outstanding resources. While I am not directly involved in the hiring process, the centre has in the past been very positive towards candidates with a structural biology profile. Umeå co-hosts the national facility for cryo-EM with an outstanding EM facility, and has additional strong infrastructure in e.g. NMR, crystallography and light microscopy. Plus a friendly and supportive community!

The Wallenberg Center for Molecular Medicine in Umeå is announcing up to three clinical and up to three preclinical 6-year assistant professor positions, each with a highly competitive package. Eligible candidates should primarily be those who have completed a doctoral degree or possess equivalent qualifications within seven years of the application deadline for these positions.
