[3dem] Falcon 4i gain reference - advice needed

Dear all,
We have recently acquired a Glacios 2 and following the CWAT tests (factory tests), we discovered that our Falcon 4i camera shows a total number of 4 dead pixels lines from which 2 of them are adjacent and placed in the center of the sensor (have a look at the image attached). 
Note that the image was binned 4x in order to be able to pass by email (size limitation).
Considering that our Glacios will be used not only for single particles, but also for tomography imaging of lamellas and cells, we would like to have your input (thoughts), concerning the problems that those 2 consecutive dead pixels lines will cause during the image analysis of the data and their impact on the data quality.
