Dear colleagues,

We have an open position for a highly motivated postdoctoral candidate in the group of Pierre Maisonneuve in Bordeaux at the CBMN (UMR5248, CNRS, France) to investigate the structural basis of membrane receptor kinases signaling by cryo-EM. Our lab benefits from an exciting and multidisciplinary scientific environment with on-site access to cutting-edge facilities in Cryo-EM, X-Ray crystallography, NMR, Biochemistry, Biophysics, molecular biology and cell biology.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in structural biology, biochemistry, biophysics or related fields. We are seeking an exceptional post-doctoral candidate with expertise in protein biochemistry (ideally in membrane protein) and with knowledge in single-particle electron microscopy (cryo-EM). Previous experience in protein expression in human cells is preferred but not required.

The project will be conducted in close collaboration with the team of Xavier Guillory (Inserm U1212, Rennes, France).

The position is fully funded by the French research agency.
