Dear Colleagues,

We are looking for a Research Fellow with a strong background in single particle cryo-EM and an interest in structure-based drug design to join our multi-disciplinary team at Biogen in Cambridge, MA. We are well-equipped with an in-house a Glacios cryo-EM microscope with a BioQuantum K3 detector. This is a great opportunity to work with dedicated, innovative scientists focusing on biologics and gene therapy drug discovery.

The Research Fellow will be involved in structure-function studies of antigen-antibody complexes and AAV capsids.  Your primary responsibility will be determining novel cryo-EM structures to drive insights about mechanism of action and structure-function relationships and, when necessary, utilize that knowledge for engineering purposes. You will enjoy being part of a fast-paced team of scientists actively pursuing unmet medical needs in the neuroscience space.
